{"data":{"id":"us-ca/gov-6522","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"GOV § 6522","heading":"","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, any state department or agency entering into a joint powers agreement with a federal, county, or city government or agency or public district in order to create a joint powers agency, shall ensure that the participation goals specified in Section 16850 and Section 10115 of the Public Contract Code and in Article 6 (commencing with Section 999) of Chapter 6 of Division 4 of the Military and Veterans Code become a part of the agreement, and shall apply to contracts executed by the joint powers agency.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 1.
