{"data":{"id":"us-ca/gov-6536","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"GOV § 6536","heading":"","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a private, nonprofit corporation that conducts fairs and other events and exhibitions on land leased from the County of Los Angeles may enter into a joint powers agreement with a public agency, as defined in Section 6500, for mutually beneficial uses of the public land. The agency formed pursuant to this joint powers agreement shall be deemed a public entity as described in Section 6507.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 1.
