However, when there are no size requirements for roof overhangs for both manufactured homes and conventional single-family residential dwellings, a city, including a charter city, county, city and county, may impose a roof overhang on manufactured homes not to exceed 16 inches.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 7.
