Whenever it is apparent that such fines or forfeitures have not been transmitted, the county auditor shall and the State Controller may bring suit to enforce the collection or transmittal, or both.\nThe official bond of any judge is liable for his failure to transmit such fines or forfeitures imposed by him.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 8.
