The amount of the payment bond shall not be less than the amount of the performance bond.\n(b) The design-build contract shall require errors and omissions insurance coverage for the design elements of the project.\n(c) The Judicial Council shall develop a standard form of payment and performance bond for its design-build projects.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 8.
