These rules and regulations shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the Department of Housing and Community Development.\n(b) Notwithstanding subdivision (a), with respect to a federally funded project, a public entity shall make relocation assistance payments and provide relocation advisory assistance as required under federal law.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 1.
