{"data":{"id":"us-ca/gov-7920.510","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"GOV § 7920.510","heading":"","body":"As used in this division, “local agency” includes any of the following:\n(a) A county.\n(b) A city, whether general law or chartered.\n(c) A city and county.\n(d) A school district.\n(e) A municipal corporation.\n(f) A district.\n(g) A political subdivision.\n(h) Any board, commission, or agency of the foregoing.\n(i) Another local public agency.\n(j) An entity that is a legislative body of a local agency pursuant to subdivision (c) or (d) of Section 54952.","path":["Government Code - GOV","TITLE 1.
