The money deposited to such account shall be expended only for the purposes described in subsections (1) and (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 3918.\n(b) A separate account shall be established in the Harbor Bond Sinking Fund, in which shall be deposited all money paid into such fund from the Small Craft Harbor Improvement Fund.
