Therefore, it is necessary to define the extent of this medical problem.\n(b) A physician and surgeon attending a patient diagnosed as having Reyes Syndrome shall report that condition, within seven days of the diagnosis, to the department on report forms prescribed by the department.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 102.
