{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-108295","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 108295","heading":"","body":"Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) or more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding six months, or by both fine and imprisonment.\nIf the violation is committed with intent to defraud or mislead, or after a conviction of the person under this section has become final, the person shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than one year in the county jail, or a fine of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000), or both the imprisonment and fine.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 104.
