{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-110243","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 110243","heading":"","body":"(a) Contracts and change orders entered into pursuant to this article and any project or systems development notice shall be exempt from all of the following:\n(1) The competitive bidding requirements of State Administrative Manual Management Memo 03-10.\n(2) The project authority requirements of Sections 4800 and following of the State Administrative Manual.\n(3) Part 2 (commencing with Section 10100) of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code.\n(4) Article 4 (commencing with Section 19130) of Chapter 5 of Part 2 of Division 5 of the Government Code.\n(5) Section 11.05 of, and Provision 6 of Item 4260-001-0001 of, Section 2.00 of the Budget Act of 2005 (Ch. 38, Stats. 2005).\n(b) Change orders entered into pursuant to this article shall not require a contract amendment.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 104.
