{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-11103","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 11103","heading":"","body":"The theft or loss of any substance regulated pursuant to Section 11100 discovered by any permittee or any person regulated by the provisions of this chapter shall be reported in writing to the Department of Justice within three days after the discovery.\nAny difference between the quantity of any substance regulated pursuant to Section 11100 received and the quantity shipped shall be reported in writing to the Department of Justice within three days of the receipt of actual knowledge of the discrepancy.\nAny report made pursuant to this section shall also include the name of the common carrier or person who transports the substance and date of shipment of the substance.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 10.
