{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-111656.13","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 111656.13","heading":"","body":"(a) Any entity that prior to July 1, 2001, held a current, valid license as a medical device retailer pursuant to Section 4130 of the Business and Professions Code, shall be deemed to be a licensed home medical device retail facility until the expiration of that license if the entity is in compliance with all applicable criteria for obtaining a license as a home medical device retail facility.\n(b) Any entity that was not required to obtain a license as a medical device retailer in order to provide equipment or services prior to July 1, 2001, and that is required to obtain a license as a home medical device retail facility pursuant to Section 111656, shall apply for a license as a home medical device retail facility by July 1, 2001; however, the requirement for licensure shall only apply to those entities on and after January 1, 2002.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 104.
