{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-118948","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 118948","heading":"","body":"(a) It is unlawful for a person to smoke a tobacco product in a motor vehicle, whether in motion or at rest, in which there is a minor.\n(b) For purposes of this section, “smoke” has the same meaning as in subdivision (c) of Section 22950.5 of the Business and Professions Code.\n(c) For purposes of this section, “tobacco product” means a product or device as defined in subdivision (d) of Section 22950.5 of the Business and Professions Code.\n(d) A violation of this section is an infraction punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100) for each violation.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 104.
