The program may be cited as the Nurse-Family Partnership program.\n(b) The goals and objectives of the program shall be the same as, but shall not be limited to, those in the community-based comprehensive perinatal health care system as set forth in Section 123505.\n(c) The department shall adopt regulations for the implementation of this section in accordance with Section 123516.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 106.
