The request for allocation shall include specifications for the clinics to submit uniform data on uncompensated patient visits.\n(b) Annual funding awards for a clinic provider in the second and third fiscal years of a three-year funding period shall be contingent upon the clinic’s satisfactory performance under the program, and upon the availability of sufficient funds appropriated by the annual Budget Act.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 106.
