{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-127773","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 127773","heading":"","body":"(a) This section governs the use of the Health Plan Improvement Trust Fund, previously renamed in former Section 130208.\n(b) The moneys in the Health Plan Improvement Trust Fund shall, upon appropriation by the Legislature, be made available for the purposes in Sections 127771 and 127772 and Chapter 8.5 (commencing with Section 127671).\n(c) Notwithstanding Section 16305.7 of the Government Code, all interest earned on moneys that have been deposited in the Health Plan Improvement Trust Fund shall be retained in the fund and used for purposes consistent with Sections 127771 and 127772 and Chapter 8.5 (commencing with Section 127671).","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 107.
