{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-1416.12","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 1416.12","heading":"","body":"The following enforcement actions taken by the department against a facility and the name of the licensed administrator of the facility shall be reported to the program.\n(a) Temporary suspension orders.\n(b) Final decertification from the Medi-Cal or Medicare programs based on failure to meet certification requirements.\n(c) Service of an accusation to revoke a facility’s license.\n(d) All class “AA” citations and three class “A” citations issued to a facility with the same administrator within a one-calendar year period. The department shall notify the program in the event that citations are overturned or modified in citation review conference, through binding arbitration, or on appeal.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 2.
