{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-1522.09","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 1522.09","heading":"","body":"(a) The department shall, no later than July 1, 2017, develop a notice that does all of the following:\n(1) Contains the telephone number to make a complaint regarding a community care facility or child care facility.\n(2) Includes information about the prohibition of impeding mandated reports.\n(3) Includes information about the option to make a confidential complaint.\n(b) The notice developed pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be posted conspicuously in a prominent area in all foster family agencies.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 2.
