Those facilities on this list shall include this statement on all contracts of admission, and all advertisements used to solicit consumers to enter into contracts of admission: “This facility’s record of citations is posted at the facility, and a copy may be obtained from the Department of Health Services.”","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 2.
