{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-1736.15","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 1736.15","heading":"","body":"(a) A person who provides classroom and supervised practical training for a home health aide, as mandated in Section 1736.1, shall be either of the following:\n(1) A registered nurse who possesses a minimum of two years nursing experience, at least one year of which is in home health care.\n(2) A licensed vocational nurse under the general supervision of a registered nurse who meets the requirements of paragraph (1).\n(b) Notwithstanding any other law, a person described in subdivision (a) shall not be required to hold a teaching credential to provide instruction as part of a home health aide certification program, as described in Section 1736.1.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 2.
