{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-1760.6","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 1760.6","heading":"","body":"(a) A pediatric day health and respite care facility shall provide all of the following services:\n(1) Medical.\n(2) Nursing.\n(3) Pharmacy.\n(4) Nutrition.\n(5) Socialization.\n(6) Developmentally appropriate activities.\n(b) Services which may be provided by a pediatric day health and respite care facility include, but are not limited to, any of the following:\n(1) Physical therapy.\n(2) Developmental services.\n(3) Occupational and speech therapy.\n(4) Educational and psychological services.\n(5) Respite care.\n(6) Instruction for parents or guardians.\n(7) Comprehensive case management, if not otherwise available for the client.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 2.
