{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-25515.8","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 25515.8","heading":"","body":"(a) In a civil action brought pursuant to this article or Article 2 (commencing with Section 25531) in which a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or permanent injunction is sought, it is not necessary to allege or prove at any stage of the proceeding any of the following:\n(1) Irreparable damage will occur should the temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or permanent injunction not be issued.\n(2) The remedy at law is inadequate.\n(b) The court shall issue a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or permanent injunction in a civil action brought pursuant to this article or Article 2 (commencing with Section 25531) without the allegations and without the proof specified in subdivision (a).","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 20.
