{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-25537.5","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 25537.5","heading":"","body":"(a) Where a stationary source has one or more covered processes, and is subject to the requirements of Article 1 (commencing with Section 25500) for the same substance, compliance with this article shall be deemed compliance with Article 1 (commencing with Section 25500) for that substance, to the extent not inconsistent with federal law and with Article 1 (commencing with Section 25500).\n(b) Any stationary source that relies on subdivision (a) for compliance with the applicable requirements of Article 1 (commencing with Section 25500) shall annually submit to the unified program agency a statement that the stationary source has made no changes required to be reported pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section 25500), or identifying all reportable changes.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 20.
