Notwithstanding subdivision (b) of Section 50531, funds shall be used for housing for persons of low and moderate income, including persons who are recipients of in-home supportive services, with first priority given to funding housing for persons of low income, including recipients of in-home supportive services.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 24.
