{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-38561.7","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 38561.7","heading":"","body":"(a) In the next update to the scoping plan prepared pursuant to Section 38561, the state board shall include both of the following:\n(1) A discussion of industrial sources of emissions of greenhouse gases for which there are zero-emission alternatives currently technologically available.\n(2) A discussion of industrial sources of emissions of greenhouse gases for which there are no zero-emission alternatives currently technologically available.\n(b) This section shall become inoperative on July 1, 2028, and, as of January 1, 2029, is repealed.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 25.5.
