{"data":{"id":"us-ca/hsc-41957","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"HSC § 41957","heading":"","body":"The Division of Occupational Safety and Health of the Department of Industrial Relations is the only agency responsible for determining whether any gasoline vapor control system, or component thereof, creates a safety hazard other than a fire hazard.\nIf the division determines that a system, or component thereof, creates a safety hazard other than a fire hazard, that system or component may not be used until the division has certified that the system or component, as the case may be, does not create that hazard.\nThe division, in consultation with the state board, shall adopt the necessary rules and regulations for the certification if the certification is required.","path":["Health and Safety Code - HSC","DIVISION 26.
