{"data":{"id":"us-ca/ins-10607","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"INS § 10607","heading":"","body":"In addition to the other disclosures required by this chapter, every insurer and their employees or agents shall, when presenting a plan for examination or sale to any individual or the representative of a group consisting of 25 or fewer individuals, disclose in writing the ratio of incurred claims to earned premiums (loss-ratio) for the insurer’s preceding calendar year.
