That certification shall be effective for a period of 24 months.\n(e) The commissioner shall require thirty-seven dollars ($37), in advance, as a fee for filing an application for certification of a continuing education course, program, or seminar pursuant to Section 1749.3 and Section 1749.32. That certification shall be effective for a period of 24 months.\n(f) The commissioner shall require fourteen dollars ($14), in advance, as a fee for filing an application to renew certification of a continuing education course, program, or seminar pursuant to Section 1749.3 and Section 1749.32.
