{"data":{"id":"us-ca/ins-1807.5","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"INS § 1807.5","heading":"","body":"Except as provided in Sections 1669 and 1738, the commissioner shall not deny, suspend, or revoke any license, issued under this article, without first granting a hearing, upon reasonable notice to the applicant or licensee, except that he may temporarily suspend a license for a period not exceeding 15 days pending the hearing. Where a hearing is held under this section the proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, and the commissioner shall have all the powers granted pursuant to that chapter.","path":["Insurance Code - INS","DIVISION 1.
