{"data":{"id":"us-ca/ins-1876","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"INS § 1876","heading":"","body":"Every insurer who receives a bodily injury, medical payment, or uninsured motorist claim made under a policy of automobile liability insurance defined in Section 660 or Section 11622 shall within 20 days of the receipt of that claim deposit that claim information with a licensed insurance claims analysis bureau. The claims information deposited pursuant to this section shall include at least the following: (1) the claimant’s driver’s license number or California identification card number, if applicable; (2) the vehicle license number; (3) the vehicle identification number, if known; and (4) the claimant’s social security number, if known to the insurer.","path":["Insurance Code - INS","DIVISION 1.
