Notwithstanding Section 742.36, each holder of a certificate of compliance of indefinite term shall owe and pay an annual fee of four hundred twenty-four dollars ($424), in advance, on account of the certificate until final expiration. In addition, each holder of a certificate of compliance of indefinite term shall owe and pay an annual fee of four hundred twenty dollars ($420) for filing of financial information. These fees shall be for annual periods commencing on July 1 of each year and ending on June 30 of each year, and shall be due on each March 1 and be delinquent on and after April 1.","path":["Insurance Code - INS","DIVISION 1.
