The court shall award to a plaintiff who prevails in an action under this chapter reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. The amount awarded for damages for a violation of this chapter shall be not less than three times the amount paid by the artist, or on behalf of the artist, to the talent service or the advance-fee talent representation service.","path":["Labor Code - LAB","DIVISION 2.
