If a conveyance is found upon inspection to be in a safe condition for operation, a permit for operation for not longer than one year shall be issued by the division.\n(b) If a conveyance is subject to a full maintenance service contract, the division may, after investigation and inspection, issue a permit for operation for not longer than two years.","path":["Labor Code - LAB","DIVISION 5.
