{"data":{"id":"us-ca/pen-1463.10","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"PEN § 1463.10","heading":"","body":"Notwithstanding Section 1463, fines and forfeitures which are collected for a conviction of a violation of Section 11366.7 of the Health and Safety Code and which are required to be deposited with the county treasurer pursuant to Section 1463 shall be allocated as follows:\n(a) To reimburse any local agency for the reasonable costs of the removal and disposal, or storage, of any chemical or drug, or any laboratory apparatus or device, sold by a person convicted under Section 11366.7 of the Health and Safety Code.\n(b) The balance of the amount collected, if any, shall be deposited by the county treasurer pursuant to Section 1463.","path":["Penal Code - PEN","PART 2.
