{"data":{"id":"us-ca/pen-7516.5","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"PEN § 7516.5","heading":"","body":"Any decision by a panel pursuant to Section 7515 or 7516 may be appealed to the superior court, either by a law enforcement employee filing a report pursuant to Section 7510, a person requesting an HIV test pursuant to Section 7512, a medical officer convening a panel pursuant to Section 7516, or any person required to be tested pursuant to a panel’s decision. A person required to be tested pursuant to Section 7512.5 may also appeal the decision to the superior court.\nThe court shall schedule a hearing as expeditiously as possible to review the decision of the panel or a decision made pursuant to Section 7512.5.
