{"data":{"id":"us-ca/prc-2699.5","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"PRC § 2699.5","heading":"","body":"(a) There is hereby created the Seismic Hazards Identification Fund, as a special fund in the State Treasury.\n(b) Upon appropriation by the Legislature, the moneys in the Strong-Motion Instrumentation and Seismic Hazards Mapping Fund shall be allocated to the division for purposes of this chapter and Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 2700).\n(c) On and after July 1, 2004, the Seismic Hazards Identification Fund shall be known as the Strong-Motion Instrumentation and Seismic Hazards Mapping Fund.","path":["Public Resources Code - PRC","DIVISION 2.
