{"data":{"id":"us-ca/prc-3408","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"PRC § 3408","heading":"","body":"(a) If any person chargeable under this article fails or refuses to file with the department, within the time prescribed in this article, the verified report provided for in Section 3406, the department shall note failure or refusal as provided for in Section 3418.\n(b) The department shall estimate the amount of oil and gas produced by the person and shall assess the person an assessment based upon the estimated production.
