{"data":{"id":"us-ca/prc-45005","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"PRC § 45005","heading":"","body":"An enforcement agency or the board may issue a cease and desist order to any of the following:\n(a) A person who is operating, has operated, or proposes to operate a solid waste facility or operates a disposal site in an unauthorized manner, or who is disposing of solid waste in any of the following manners:\n(1) In violation of a solid waste facilities permit or in violation of this division, or any regulation adopted pursuant to this division.\n(2) Without a solid waste facilities permit.\n(3) In a manner that causes or threatens to cause a condition of hazard, pollution, or nuisance.\n(b) A person who has violated, is violating, or proposes to violate Section 44000.5.","path":["Public Resources Code - PRC","DIVISION 30.
