{"data":{"id":"us-ca/prc-45023","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"PRC § 45023","heading":"","body":"A civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) may be imposed upon a person who for each day the violation or operation occurs:\n(a) Owns or operates a solid waste facility or disposal site and who intentionally or negligently violates or causes or permits another to violate the terms and conditions of a solid waste facilities permit or a standard, requirement, or order applicable to a solid waste facility or disposal site.\n(b) Operates a solid waste facility without a solid waste facilities permit.\n(c) With respect only to a solid waste facility or disposal site, intentionally or negligently violates a provision of this division, or a regulation, administrative order, or standard adopted by the board or an enforcement agency.","path":["Public Resources Code - PRC","DIVISION 30.
