In the event of the chair’s or vice chair’s absence or inability to act, the directors present, provided a quorum exists, by an order entered into the minutes, shall select one director to act as chair pro tempore, who, while so acting, shall have all the authority of the chair.","path":["Public Utilities Code - PUC","DIVISION 10.
