The district’s operations shall be performed in accordance with Title VI of that act to the end that no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under the district’s operations.","path":["Public Utilities Code - PUC","DIVISION 10.
