{"data":{"id":"us-ca/puc-130815","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"PUC § 130815","heading":"","body":"(a) The governing body of the authority shall consist of the following members:\n(1) Five members of the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors.\n(2) One member from each County of San Bernardino incorporated city, who shall be a mayor or a city council member.\n(3) One nonvoting member appointed by the Governor.\n(b) Each County of San Bernardino incorporated city may appoint an alternate member to represent it at a meeting, but only if the regular member cannot attend the meeting.
