This ordinance shall contain the following information:\n(a) The number, date and title of the resolution of intention pursuant to which it was adopted;\n(b) The time and place the hearing was held concerning the formation of such area;\n(c) The description of the boundaries of such area;\n(d) A statement that the businesses in the area established by the ordinance shall be subject to the provisions of the tax or additional tax provided by this part;\n(e) The initial or additional rate or levy, of the license tax to be imposed with a breakdown by classification of business, if such classification is used; and\n(f) A statement that a parking and business improvement area has been established.\n(g) The uses to which the revenue shall be put.","path":["Streets and Highways Code - SHC","DIVISION 18.
