{"data":{"id":"us-ca/shc-5826","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"SHC § 5826","heading":"","body":"If the board of supervisors finds that the protest against the formation of the maintenance district is made by the owners of more than one-half of the area of the property included within such district, no further proceedings shall be taken, unless the protests are overruled by an affirmative vote of four-fifths of the members of the board of supervisors, for a period of six months from the date of the decision of the board of supervisors on the hearing.
