The department shall furnish that record upon the written request of the court.\nNotwithstanding the provisions of Section 1449 of the Penal Code, in any such criminal action the time for pronouncement of judgment shall not commence to run until the time that the court receives the record of prior convictions from the department.","path":["Vehicle Code - VEH","DIVISION 6.
