{"data":{"id":"us-ca/veh-14611","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"VEH § 14611","heading":"","body":"(a) A person shall not knowingly direct the operation of a vehicle transporting a highway route controlled quantity of Class 7 radioactive materials, as defined in Section 173.403 of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, by a person who does not possess a training certificate pursuant to Section 12524 and a valid driver’s license of the appropriate class.\n(b) A person convicted under this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than five thousand dollars ($5,000) nor more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000).","path":["Vehicle Code - VEH","DIVISION 6.
