{"data":{"id":"us-ca/veh-9250.2","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"VEH § 9250.2","heading":"","body":"(a) The department, if requested by the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District pursuant to Section 41081 of the Health and Safety Code, shall impose and collect a surcharge on the registration fees for every motor vehicle registered in that district, not to exceed the amount of six dollars ($6), as specified by the governing body of that district.\n(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2034, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2034, deletes or extends that date.","path":["Vehicle Code - VEH","DIVISION 3.
