{"data":{"id":"us-ca/wat-10727","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"WAT § 10727","heading":"","body":"(a) A groundwater sustainability plan shall be developed and implemented for each medium- or high-priority basin by a groundwater sustainability agency to meet the sustainability goal established pursuant to this part. The groundwater sustainability plan may incorporate, extend, or be based on a plan adopted pursuant to Part 2.75 (commencing with Section 10750).\n(b) A groundwater sustainability plan may be any of the following:\n(1) A single plan covering the entire basin developed and implemented by one groundwater sustainability agency.\n(2) A single plan covering the entire basin developed and implemented by multiple groundwater sustainability agencies.\n(3) Subject to Section 10727.6, multiple plans implemented by multiple groundwater sustainability agencies and coordinated pursuant to a single coordination agreement that covers the entire basin.","path":["Water Code - WAT","DIVISION 6.
