{"data":{"id":"us-ca/wat-13915","jurisdiction":"us-ca","citation":"WAT § 13915","heading":"","body":"For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:\n(a) “Dry weather runoff” has the same meaning as defined in Section 10561.5.\n(b) “Local agency” includes, but is not limited to, a city, county, special district, joint powers authority, sanitary district, sanitation district, county sanitation district, community services district, and municipal utility district.\n(c) “Municipal wastewater agency” means a local agency that chooses to exercise any authority granted under this chapter.\n(d) “Stormwater” has the same meaning as defined in Section 10561.5.","path":["Water Code - WAT","DIVISION 7.
